International recording star, Dudsymil has dropped a proverbial bomb that wreaks emotion in his new, GxmMusix produced song, Anymore on the Tory Lanez Luv Riddim.
Using the Tanto Metro and Devonte inspired beat on Luv by Toronto’s own Tory Lanez, Dudsymil puts a spin on the original song’s concept of falling in love when least expected by adding a level of emotional confliction that shows the artiste’s depth both as a singer and character.
“My brain wants you, but my mind doesn’t, my heart needs you, but my soul doesn’t. We holding on to something that’s gone, we’re looking for something that’s lost,” Dudsymil sings as he explores an initial connection with a woman lost as time went on.
When contacted regarding how the song came about the artist stated, “In life you have to be thick skinned in order to ward off energies that are disruptive to one’s soul. The downside of this though, is that your heart may become numb, so I used this desensitization as an opportunity to strengthen and expand my mind so that when the soul resurfaces my heart and mind will be in sync.”
According to the international artiste, the song was ‘inspired both from my real life experiences and from talking to friends, so I just thought to put it out into the universe.’
Anymore will be made available for free download for music lovers worldwide, while a music video for the single will be unveiled in the coming weeks.
