Exco Levi, four time JUNO award winner kicks off 2017 with a remix of his first recording Oh Canada. Celebrating Canada 150 in this fresh new single, Levi pays tribute to his “home away from home“, as he reflects on the diversity that is Canada’s cultural mosaic. Levi’s lyrics in Oh Canada remix, add musical support to Canada’s year long sesquicentennial celebrations.
With production on the remix by Brian Neiman and the bed tracks laid by his High Priest Band, Exco Levi hails the “true North strong and free” atop a roots reggae beat.
Powered by his Fire on Ice performance at Nathan Phillips Square’s Canada 150 New Year’s Eve bash, Exco Levi moves into 2017 with a series of shows. This includes the sold-out Afro-Fete at the Royal Ontario Museum on February 3rd and TRIBUTE TO THE LEGENDS OF REGGAE @ The Rose Theatre in Brampton on February 21st and The Opera House, Toronto on February 25th.
Exco Levi will release his sophomore album this spring.
