Party goers at Fiction Nightclub in Kingston were treated to a surprise Friday night after American R&B superstar, Trey Songz made an appearance and later performed for the crowd on hand.
According to reports, the award-winning singer, clad in all-white performed a 20-minute long set after doing some partying inside the club, taking the stage shortly after 3 a.m. and going into hits such as Mr. Steal Your Girl, Na Na and more.
Trey Songz was visiting Jamaica, having made stops in the capital as well as Ocho Rios. While hanging out, he posted an Instagram video drinking Red Stripe Beer before trying his best at doing a Jamaican accent.
“Badman thing, yow Jamaica wad up? I went to sleep in Toronto and woke up in Jamaica, that’s the life,” he said in the video.
This is the singer’s second performance in Jamaica, having previously appeared at Reggae Sumfest in 2012, when he took the stage on International Night 1.
