Reggae megastar, Chronixx, has reaped immediate dividends with his debut studio album, Chronology, as it has topped the Billboard Reggae Albums chart less than two weeks after its official release.
The 16-track album, which features hits such as Likes, Majesty and a remastered version of Smile Jamaica, has already been a hit with music lovers. The singer has been heavily promoting the album on tour in recent months and most appeared on HOT 97 and Sway In The Morning earlier this month to talk it up.
Other Jamaicans in the top 10 of the Billboard chart include Stephen Marley’s Revelation Part II the Fruit of Life which ranks at number six.
His brother, Ziggy Marley, stands at number nine with his Grammy-winning self-titled album.
