Where We Come From, the internationally-acclaimed debut album from dancehall star, Popcaan has made a triumphant return to the top 10 of the Billboard reggae albums chart, reaching number two for the second time.
Debuting at number two on the chart as well as 21 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chary after its initial release last June, Where We Come From jumped 13 spots this week, trailing only Bob Marley’s Easy Skanking in Boston 78. Popcaan’s album leads a Top 10 that also includes Chronixx’s Dread and Terrible EP at number six, Etana’s I Rise at number seven, Strictly Roots by Morgan Heritage a place below at eight and Uptown Top Ranking from Byron Lee and the Dragonaires at 10.
Where We Come From, produced by Mixpak Records and their hitmaker, Dre Skull features singles such as The System, Hustle (feat. Pusha T) and Give Thanks.
He recently release the video for Give Thanks, which featured a cameo from Canadian hip hop superstar, Drake.
