Dancehall megastar, Spice, is set to become a feature on the upcoming season of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, which starts airing in mid-March.
The award-winning deejay, regarded by some as the new ‘Queen of Dancehall’ will be making a crossover from dancehall into the American music industry for the new season. She will feature on the show alongside Karlie Redd, Erica Mena, and Stevie J, who she is expected to hit the studio with.
Spice was a guest on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta last season when the cast filmed an episode in Jamaica.
The entertainer, whose real name is Grace Hamilton, has been known to venture into the hip-hop industry with singles such as her remix of Panda in 2016, her remix of Bodak Yellow in 2017 and her recent single, Duffle Bag this year. She has stated her intention to release more hip-hop tracks in the immediate future as she aims to garner major crossover success on the heels of becoming the first Jamaican female celebrity to top one million Instagram followers.
