Yendi and ChinoFormer Miss Jamaica World and current media personality, Yendi Phillipps has filed for full custody of her daughter with Reggae/Dancehall musician, Chino McGregor, nearly nine months after the two were said to be broken up.

Her application was filed earlier this week in the Supreme Court, with the former runner-up at the Miss Universe 2010 pageant asking for custody, care and control of the child, as well as JA$60,000 for maintenance of their daughter.

Additonally, Phillipps is asking the court to order McGregor to pay half of the child’s educational and medical expenses. She also is asking the court to grant McGregor access to the child twice a week for three hours and seven hours each weekend. No date for a hearing on the matter has been set.

Phillipps and McGregor made their relationship publish in April 2012 after Phillipps announced via social media that she and the singer were having their first child. She gave birth to their child in September of that year.

The pair reportedly broke up in February after a report in a major Jamaican publication revealed the two had split, with neither confirming or denying the split ever since.
