Kranium’s debut album, ‘Rumors’ debuts sixth on Billboard Reggae chart

Kranium RumorsAmid much anticipation and expectation following his signing to Atlantic Records, Rumors, the major label debut album from American-based Jamaican singjay, Kranium has debuted at number six on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart.
Rumors, which was released digitally by Atlantic on October 16, has sold just under 1,000 copies to date. The album, which features the hit song which gained him traction internationally, Nobody Has To Know also includes the song, Lifestyle and is produced by LMR Pro and Ricky Blaze.
Following the success of Nobody Has To Know, Atlantic took a chance on the Montego Bay native, who has been residing in the United States for a decade now, and signed him to a multi-album deal. Atlantic has been known to take on crossover Jamaican acts before, most notably, Sean Paul, whose first release under the label, Dutty Rock went multi-platinum and won a Grammy award in 2004.
Nobody Has To Know, originally released in 2013, has sold over 60,000 copies to date, while the single has featured in the top 10 of the Billboard Digital Reggae singles chart for 96 consecutive weeks.
